Dear Parents,
As a survivor of bullying, I want to help children who are victims, too. They need to know that even if the bulling doesn't stop, they can at least protect their hearts. Knowing that they are being told lies, is one way to help them fight the feelings of sadness, depression, and worthlessness that too often accompany bullying.
For those who are too old for a children's book (or for you parents who want to better understand what your child is going through), here are three articles I've written to encourage you.
Please, don't believe the lies the bullies tell. Instead, find the truth that sets you free!
